Lessons Learned Review Volunteers
Sandbach Town Council is undertaking a "Lessons Learned Review", which will review the process that has been followed throughout the recent Market Hall and Office Accommodation Feasibility Study.
It will aim to review how the study was undertaken, focusing on particular areas such as Governance, Act of Delegation, Communication, Stakeholder engagement and Finance.
A detailed report with recommendations will be presented to Council on 6 October 2016.
There is a requirement for two members of the public and one member of the Sandbach Business Community to be part of the review. If you have an interest in the Market Hall, have time to spare and would like to be involved, please contact the Town Clerk as shown below.
